Program Bantuan Keberangkatan/Kedatangan ke dan dari Luar Negeri adalah bantuan yang diberikan kepada:
- Mahasiswa, guru, dan tenaga administrasi di lingkungan Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional yang akan berangkat ke luar negeri.
- Peserta penerima Beasiswa RI Program Darmasiswa RI yang akan berangkat ke Indonesia atas dasar kesepakatan kerja sama bilateral.
- Mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Unggulan Program Double Degree yang akan berangkat ke luar negeri.
Program ini dalam rangka mendukung peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang cerdas dan kompetitif sesuai dengan visi pendidikan nasional. Untuk tahun anggaran 2010 dialokasikan bagi 150 orang yang telah lulus seleksi.
